Enterprise Policy Notice. This document is part of the REP Enterprise Application Legal Policies framework and applies specifically to GovIntel. It should be read with any applicable order form, enterprise agreement, data-processing terms, and other posted RYMYS policies.

GovIntel is provided by RYMYS Technology Consultants, LLC as an AI-enabled government contracting intelligence, opportunity, capture, proposal, agency, market, award, grant, and procurement intelligence platform. Information, analytics, AI output, alerts, recommendations, templates, reports, and other content are provided for informational and workflow-support purposes unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
2. No Professional Advice
The Service is not a substitute for advice from qualified legal, accounting, tax, financial, investment, cybersecurity, compliance, procurement, medical, or other licensed professionals. The type of professional review required depends on the user’s circumstances and intended use.
3. Product-Specific Disclaimer
GovIntel does not guarantee contract awards, eligibility, solicitation outcomes, agency decisions, bid success, teaming results, proposal scores, or revenue. Users remain responsible for verifying solicitation requirements, amendments, deadlines, representations, certifications, registrations, and submission instructions with the issuing authority.
4. Artificial Intelligence
AI-assisted features can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, non-unique, or contextually inappropriate output. AI output should be treated as decision support, not an autonomous authority. Users are responsible for human review, source verification, and the final decisions or actions taken using the Service.
5. Third-Party and Public Information
The Service may display, summarize, link to, or analyze information from government systems, public sources, customer-authorized systems, APIs, websites, and other third parties. RYMYS does not control those sources and cannot guarantee their availability, completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or continued accessibility. The authoritative source should be consulted before relying on material information.
6. No Guarantee of Results
RYMYS does not guarantee any commercial, operational, financial, security, educational, regulatory, procurement, or other outcome from use of the Service. Historical data, scoring, rankings, forecasts, recommendations, and modeled results are not guarantees of future performance.
7. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for determining whether information is appropriate for their purpose; verifying deadlines, requirements, facts, calculations, sources, permissions, and legal obligations; maintaining appropriate professional and human oversight; and protecting accounts, credentials, systems, and data.
8. Availability
The Service and its information may change, be corrected, become unavailable, or be superseded without notice. Features may depend on third-party systems or data sources outside RYMYS’s control.
9. Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, use of the Service and reliance on its content are at the user’s own risk and are subject to the limitations of liability, warranties, and remedies contained in the applicable Terms of Use and customer agreement.
