Rymys Technology Consultant success stories are based on time at a customers site or projects worked on; as is the case when servicing the Department of Veterans Affairs’ Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (VA OSDBU) from January 2014 to December 2019 and when managing Integrated Security System projects, such as the newly constructed HealthWorks Medical Center in Leesburg, VA in 2012 and the security systems upgrade project for the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services building in California in 2013.

With regards to Education and Training at the Department of Veterans Affairs’ Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (VA OSDBU), Rymys Technology Consultants was a sub-contractor to three Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business prime-contract holders between January 2014 to December 2019 as follows:

  • Trilogy Federal – February 28, 2017 – December 27, 2019
  • GCC Technologies – January 04, 2016 – February 27, 2017
  • Monterey Consultants – January 27, 2014 – December 25, 2015

We just started the education and training team and were still in the process of assembling the project team. With the addition of Tarek's expertise in business analytics, research and development, project management, and education and training, the program gained immediate traction and was deemed a success by leadership and the small business community. Training resources became readily available and we trained over 5,000 small businesses wanting to do business with VA in just a few short years. What really stood out about Tarek was his ability to quickly learn new software, new techniques, and/or new management methodologies to quickly adapt to changing needs; incredible talent.

With regards to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services physical security system upgrade, Rymys Technology Consultants teamed up with strategically selected security integrators to design, install, train, and maintain the integrated security system for one of the facilities in California in 2013.

Rymys knew who to partner with for this project and all we can say is thank you for a great upgrade. Your perseverance to fulfill our continuous change requests showed us how dedicated you were to ensuring the upgrades success. Your level of detail exceeded our expectations.

With regards to the HealthWorks Medical Center in Leesburg, VA, Rymys Technology Consultants teamed up with strategically selected security integrators to design, install, train, and maintain the integrated security system for this new construction 3-floor facility in 2012 and 2013.

Rymys's team proposed a detailed security system that encompassed zoned CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Fire, and Intercom Systems to protect the outside and inside of the medical center. Tarek and his team were thorough in their calculations and they were always available to discuss construction changes. And once complete, the staff was trained thoroughly on how to use and maintain the systems. The three-floor medical center project demanded perfection and Tarek and his team rose to the occasion.
