Description
A Strong Proposal Deserves an Independent Final Review
Government proposals require substantial time and coordination. Even experienced teams can overlook solicitation instructions, weak execution detail, unsupported claims, staffing gaps, inconsistent pricing assumptions, or missing attachments. RYMYS provides an independent, evaluator-focused pre-submission review that identifies issues while your team still has time to act.
What We Evaluate
- Solicitation compliance: Required instructions, evaluation factors, amendments, forms, and attachments.
- Technical approach: Clear methodology, deliverables, execution controls, and measurable outcomes.
- Management and staffing: Organization, labor mix, key personnel, qualifications, teaming, and subcontracting.
- Past performance: Relevance, evidence, completeness, and consistency of experience claims.
- Pricing consistency: Alignment of narratives, staffing hours, labor categories, and pricing assumptions when in scope.
- Risk and quality: Transition, milestones, risk mitigation, QA, and delivery approach.
- Submission readiness: File organization, required signatures, page limits, formatting, and instructions.

Why Choose RYMYS?
Our review focuses on what evaluators need to understand: what your organization will do, how the work will be performed, who will execute it, how risks are managed, and what evidence makes the approach credible. The review goes beyond proofreading to examine response quality, logic, and readiness.

What Does the Proposal Review Include?
Depending on the purchased scope, the review covers applicable solicitation instructions, response compliance, technical methodology, management approach, staffing, past performance, risk, quality assurance, submission requirements, and optional pricing/cost-volume consistency. Depth depends on package selection and materials provided.
What Will I Receive?
A written findings report with prioritized compliance gaps, technical and management weaknesses, evaluator risks, and corrective recommendations. A review discussion is included only when specified in the selected package.
Which Proposals Can RYMYS Review?
Federal RFPs and RFQs, task-order and IDIQ responses, subcontractor proposals, and selected state or local government solicitations may qualify. Sources Sought and RFIs can be reviewed for responsiveness and positioning. RYMYS confirms scope during intake.
What Documents Must I Provide?
Provide the solicitation and all current amendments, evaluation criteria, proposal instructions, draft response, relevant attachments, and any pricing volumes included in the scope. RYMYS identifies missing intake materials. Sensitive files must be shared securely.
How Long Will the Review Take?
Turnaround depends on page count, volume count, complexity, required analysis, and reviewer availability. RYMYS confirms the delivery schedule before accepting the engagement. Expedited reviews may be available for a separate fee; same-day service should not be assumed.
Does the Review Include Rewriting the Proposal?
The standard review identifies gaps and recommends corrective actions. It does not include complete narrative rewriting, new proposal development, a full pricing model, or submitting the proposal on the client’s behalf. Remediation or writing support may be quoted separately.
Does the Service Guarantee Compliance or an Award?
No. The review is an independent professional assessment of supplied materials, not a certification of government compliance or an award guarantee. The client is responsible for final content, legal and contractual decisions, signatures, and timely submission. RYMYS cannot guarantee evaluator ratings or contract awards.
